This Show House is situated in Jardines del Aguila, in Mijas Costa.
Our intention with this house is to show a totally different way to live in Spain.
To live in a house that is warm in the winter, cool in the summer and what is the most important, to live in a house comfortably without humidity.
Ecologically and saving energy.
The companies that we have chosen to join us in this Show House are all producing extremely high quality products.
- The Brunner fireplaces you have to see and feel to understand
the quality of these units.
The fire place in the basement is also heating the water for the
floor heating system on rainy days, genius. - Also the Brunner BHZ central heating unit is a master piece itself.
- Our Unidrain drains, you also have to see and feel the different.
These drains you can construct from 30 cm to over 10 meter long.
Also it’s possible to make them visible or invisible with the same tiles
as the floor is made. - The central vacuum cleaner is from SistemAir in Italy.
All the machines from Sistemair are tested at the factory.
SistemAir was also the test winner in Finland. - The “air changing system” is from Enervent in Finland. Here we
have with these machines fresh air 24h a day in the house.
Also these machines, one for the basement and one other for the
the other areas, are taking back over 85% of the energy.
In the summer the cool energy and in winter the warm energy.
These machines has a genius system of separating most of the
humidity from the air outside before entering the machine. This
means that there is less energy needed to cool the house. - The Oras water faucets, from Finland, are also of a high quality.
- The sauna in our house is really nice and the bath from the sauna
heater, made by IKI-Kiuas, is just beautiful. - The floor heating system is from KWH-Pipe as also all our pipes
in the house that are with “rubber connection” (not glued) !!!

We offer old traditions in log house building in the form of
laminated log building and in the form of innovative building.
Our laminated log structure is made of finest quality Finnish heartwood and our unique corner joints keep the draft outside. Thanks to the profile structure of our laminated logs, as well as the insulation material, the house is warm and tight.
In the Precut version the client is able to choose a different outer wall material. This means that we are also able to construct a house that, from the outside, looks similiar like the Spanish ones, but is well insulated, which means it is warm, cool and the most important, the house has no humidity.
The house also needs less energy for heating / cooling, due to good insulation.
The insulation material in our Show House is recycled Ekovilla. This material is
treated with boor, making it nonflammable.
We are able to construct a wooden house to fit into a urban area, as the outer walls
can be made also in bricks or with wood without outer corners.
With this system you are free to use any kind of inner wall material you want due to
the fact that the wall doesn’t sag.
Our houses are faster to build than Spanish houses in general and when the client
is moving into the house, the house is dry from the beginning, the house is also warm and cool.
Our calculation is that if we install the Enervent air changing system to our houses, that we do
import from Finland, we can save in a house like our´s, about 30% of energy comparing to a
normal house in Spain.
When reading and thinking about our houses it is good to remember that we are here talking
about a totally new way of living here in Spain, not just to buy a -what ever-house. The philosophy
with our houses is that all windows are closed all the time and still we have fresh air inside all the
time in the whole house. This means that we also have fresh air in all toilets, shower space etc.
As you might know this is not normal in a Spanish house.
Not only persons with allergies will enjoy the clean, natural indoor air of our houses. There is less
need for air conditioning as our houses are well insulated with recycled material. People and
animals feel well, as well as all interior materials.
